What we use your details for
We process your personal data in order to:
answer a business inquiry you send through this website;
send the newsletter, if you have signed up for it;
understand how this website is used and improve it.
Only with your consent do we also use your details to measure how the website is used and to tailor advertising to your interests.
We do not process your details for any purpose other than those above, unless you give us prior consent or the law requires it.
Which details those are
company name and company details, insofar as these are personal data;
the name of the contact person;
email address;
telephone number;
the content of the message you send us;
IP address.
You do not buy your ticket from us
Ticket sales run through Celebratix. The moment you press "Buy tickets" you leave this website. Whatever you enter there, including your payment details, is processed by Celebratix and not by us. The privacy statement of Celebratix applies to that.
How long we keep them
We keep your details no longer than is needed for the purposes above. A newsletter subscription is kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do at the bottom of every newsletter.
Sharing with others
We do not pass your details on to others without your consent, unless it is needed to carry out an agreement with you or the law requires it.
Security
We take appropriate measures against misuse of and unauthorised access to your details. Only those who need access have it. Traffic between your browser and this website is encrypted.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on or read from your device when you visit a website. This website uses four kinds:

marketing, to tailor advertising to your interests;
embeds, needed to show video from another party.

Video from another party
There is an aftermovie on this website. It is only fetched from YouTube or Vimeo the moment you press play. If you do not watch it, nothing is requested from those parties and they never see your IP address. If you do, the privacy policy of Google and that of Vimeo apply as well.

This statement does not cover websites we link to, such as Oceandiva or the ticket shop. We have no say in how they handle your details. Please read their own privacy statement there.
Your rights
If you have given us personal data, you can ask us to let you see it, change it, transfer it or delete it. Get in touch at request@soundfleet.nl.
Complaints
We are glad to help if you have a complaint about how we handle your details. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
